Our prices are based on the breed and size , the condition of their coat, and what the owner requests, time spent during the grooming process. Some circumstances in which additional charges may incur are excessive matting, shaving down or stripping, flea dips, tick removal, behavioural issues.

MATTED COAT

All attempts will be made to salvage a matted coat, however I will allow Dogsharp to make the final decision to cut down the coat if dematting can not be tolerated by my pet. If I do not want the coat cut down, I will assume reponsibility to demat my pet's coat and Dogsharp will return at a later date to groom my pet. I will incur a $30 fuel fee to be paid to Dogsharp for this initial visit


NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION

If you are not home when I arrive for your scheduled and confirmed appointment, you will be assessed a $30 No-show fee per pet. We will add to charge for next grooming or send the bill to you.
